Meet Leslie

Change Champion, Coach, Facilitator, Agile Professional Advisor

Leslie is a change champion, facilitator and coach supporting executives, leaders, managers, service providers and agile professionals. Using researched, practical and creative techniques, she specialises in creating customised support to the science, technology, engineering, academic, health, government, service, manufacturing and sport sectors.

 

Over her twenty years of experience, Leslie has witnessed the need for conversations to evolve in order for employees to engage, leadership to be effective and organisations to grow. These changing conversations are key to continuously delivering value as the future emerges. In this liminal space of change, successful employees customise their conversations to create trust which builds productive relationships, fosters innovation and creates organisational success.
